An Act to provide for a deficiency in the office of the Chief Inspector of Private Employment Agencies, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1915. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented is the General Assembly: That the sum of fifteen hundred ($1,500.00) dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, be and is hereby appropriated for the purpose of meeting the necessary legal expenses already incurred in the prosecution of violators of “Ăn Act relating to private employment agencies.” § 2. The Auditor of Public Accounts is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrants on the State Treasurer for the sum herein appropriated upon the presentation of proper vouchers certified to by the Chief Inspector of Private Employment Agencies and approved by the Governor, which warrants shall be payable out of any moneys in the State treasury not otherwise appropriated. $ 3.
