ENERGY SECURITY ACT

AN ACT To extend the Defense Production Act of 1950, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act may be cited as the "Energy Security Act”. [42 U.S.C. 8701 note]
