SIR: TREASURER'S OFFICE, In conformity with the law requiring a biennial report from the treasurer, I have the honor to submit to the general assembly the accompanying statement of the transactions of this office from the 14th February, 1831, the date of my commencing to perform the duties thereof, up to the 30th November, 1832, which presents the monthly receipts and disbursements, and an account current, shewing on what account the receipts and payments were made, and the balance remaining in the treasury on the last mentioned day.
