Who, though fainting not, nor weary, Did on the seventh day from his world-building cease, P. Blessed be the God of Israel-Jehovah ! C. Blessed be the Son of Man, the Sabbath's Lord! Did teach the Sabbath to observe In spirit, not in letter, and works of mercy And necessity to do, as well as pray and praise. All. Blessed be the everlasting God, the Great Creator! Who to his redeemed from Egypt's scourge Did grant Sabbatic laws and peace. Blessed be the Son of Man, the Sabbath's Lord! May every day be a Sabbath, And every Sabbath a day of deeds, As pure and thrilling as the song of the sanctuary. All.
