1 Proposed that during the fiscal year 1961, contracts obligating the Government to pay operating differential subsidies shall not, in conjunction with contracts in effect at the beginning of the fiscal year, provide for more than 2,190 voyages in any 1 calendar year.
2 The bill as enacted provided for not more than 2,400 voyages, rather than the 2,190 mentioned in footnote 1.
The estimates for 1961 provide that allotments pursuant to sec. 302 or 304 of such act for the current fiscal year shall be made on the basis of the maximum amounts authorized to be appropriated under sec. 301 of such act.

To authorize appropriations for the fiscal years 1962 and 1963 for 22,089, 500,000 the construction of certain highways in accordance with title 23 of the United States Code, and for other purposes. To provide for a register in the Department of Commerce in which shall be listed the names of certain persons who have had their motor vehicle operator's licenses revoked.
