The present rer ublication, or Lawyers' Edition Rose's Notes, is a thin paper subscription edition issued to meet the popular demand and to fill a real need owing to the rapid increase in authority of the Federal government and courts. It contains complete citations of all subsequent reference in the Federal and state courts and in the notes of the great Annotated Reports. This completely revised Rose's Notes will be found at the end of each volume of reports, several of which are bound in every book of this set.
