MORNING SESSION.

The Council was called to order by the President.
Prayer was offered by the Rev. Noah B. Wickham.

All members were present except Mr. Niblack.

The Journal of the preceding day was read and approved.

Mr. Hickam presented petition in relation to Liquor Law, which

was referred to Committee on Education.

Mr. Murphy presented petition in relation to Liquor Law, which was referred to Committee on Education.

The Committee on Private Corporations and Corporate Law introduced Council Bill No. 172, "An Act legalizing the election of H. D. Meese, Probate Judge of Beaver County, Oklahoma Territory," and recommend that it do pass, which was adopted.

The Committee on Enrolled and Engrossed Bills reported Council Bill No. 8 correctly enrolled, and Council Bills Nos. 46, 39, Substitute Council Bills Nos. 55 and 39, Council Bill No. 91 and Council Bill No. 73 correctly engrossed. Report adopted.

The Committee on Municipal Corporations reported, recommending that Council Bill No. 165 do pass. Report adopted.

The Special Committee on House Bill No. 1 reported, recommending that Council Concurrent Resolution No. 4 be adopted. Report adopted.

Mr. Alexander moved that Council Concurrent Resolution No. 4 be adopted, which motion carried.

The Conference Committee on House Bill No. 60 reported, recommending that the House Bill do pass with amendments. Report adopted.

On motion by Mr. Decker the Council resolved itself into the Committee of the Whole to consider General Orders.

Mr. Decker was called to the chair.

The Committee arose temporarily to receive a message from the House transmitting Council Bill No. 8, and announcing non-concurrence in the amendments of House Bill No. 49 and concurrence in the report.

The Committee of the Whole reported, recommending that House Bill No. 76 do pass, that House Joint Resolution No. 8 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee; that Council Bill No. 147 take the place of Council Bill No. 143 on the Calendar; that House Bill No. 201, do pass as amended; that House Bill No. 138 do pass; that Council Bill No. 143 do pass as amended. Report adopted.

Mr. Cralle presented petition relating to the Liquor Law, which was referred to the Committee on Education.

The President signed Council Bill No. 8.

On motion by Mr. Scott, the Council took a recess until 2 o'clock P. M.

AFTERNOON SESSION.

The report of the Conference Committee on House Bill No. 60 was read. The question being, "Shall the report be adopted," the roll was called and the vote resulted as follows:

Ayes: Alexander, Cralle, Decker, Francis, Hickam, Menefee, Murphy, Niblack, Scott, Sharrock, Threadgill, Woodson, Mr. President, 13.

Mr. Alexander moved that the Council insist upon the amendments of House Bill No. 49, and asked for a Conference Committee.

Mr. Cralle moved as substitute that the Council recede from the amendments of House Bill No. 49, which motion was lost.

The motion of Mr. Alexander carried.

The President appointed as Conference Committee: Mr. Alexander, Mr. Sharrock, Mr. Niblack.

The Committee on Federal Relations reported, recommending that Council Bil No. 145 do pass. Report adopted.

The Committee on Enrolled and Engrossed Bills reported Council Bill No. 143 correctly engrossed. Report adopted.

The Committee on Irrigation and Drainage reported, recommending House Bill No. 111 do pass. Report adopted.

The Committee on Agriculture and Highways reported, recommending that House Bill No. 91 do not pass, and that House Bill No. 161 do pass. Report adopted.

A message was received from the House transmitting Council Bills Nos. 13, 28, 9, 96, 18, 94, 95, 15.

On motion of Mr. Menefee, the Council resolved itself into the Committee of the Whole. Mr. Menefee was called to the chair.

The Committee of the Whole reported, recommending that House Bills Nos. 121, 216, 68, 104, as amended, and 99 do pass, and that Council Pills Nos. 131, as amended. 120, 89, 124 and 152 dɔ pass, and that Council Bill No. 149 do not pass. Report adopted.

Or motion of Mr. Threadgill, Council adjourned.

MORNING SESSION.

The Council was called to order by the President.

Prayer was offered by the Rev. Oscar Stewart of Gotebo, Okla.
All members were present, except Mr. Scott.

The Journal of the preceding day was read and approved.

Mr. Sharrock presented a petition relating to the school land Bill which was read and referred to the Committee on Public Lands.

The Committee on County and County Affairs reported recommending that Council Bill No. 162 do not pass, that Council Bill No. 160 do pass that House Bill No. 110 do pass; that House Bill No. 50 do not pass. Report adopted.

The Committee on County and County Affairs reported recommending that Council Bill No. 214 do pass, and a minority report that it do pass as amended. The report of the majority was adopted.

A message was received from the House, transmitting House Bill No. 269.

The Committee on County and County Affairs reported, recommending that House Bill No. 45 do not pass, that a substitute bill for House Bill No. 92 and Council Bill No. 163 do pass. Report adopted.

The Committee on Private Corporations and Corporate Law reported, recommending that Council Bill No. 146 do pass; report adopted.
