Bartow issued, in accordance with law, the bonds of said County, on which they borrowed money to support the wives, widows, mothers and children of indigent soldiers, and other poor of the County, and some of said bonds are due and unpaid; and owing to the currency said Justices received for said bonds, justice requires that the whole amount apparently due thereon should not be paid; therefore,

1. SEC. I. An Act to authorize the Inferior Court of the County of Bartow to issue bonds to raise revenue for County purposes.

2. SEC. I. Be it enacted, &c., That the Justices of the Inferior Court of Clarke County be, and they are hereby authorized to Inferior levy and collect an extra tax, not to exceed one hundred per cent. An Act to authorize the Justices of the Inferior Court of the County of Early, in this State, to levy and collect an extra tax, to pay for provisions heretofore purchased by them for the poor of said County, and for the use of disabled soldiers and their families.

7. SEC. I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Georgia, That the Justices of the Inferior Court of said County provisions have authority to levy and collect, in the manner now pointed out for poor, &c., by law, an extra tax, sufficient in amount to pay for all provisions heretofore purchased, by them for the use of the poor, and disabled soldiers and soldiers families of said County.
