[House Bill No. 1.] CHAPTER I. An Act concerning Bills for Public Acts. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in SECTION 1. Chapter CCXXVIII of the public acts of 1893 is Duplicate bills hereby repealed. SEC. 2. This act shall take effect from its passage. [House Bill No. 10.] CHAPTER II. An Act concerning Grade Crossings. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in for public acts. Repeal. SECTION 1. No electric, cable, or horse railroad shall here- Steam railway after be constructed across the tracks of any steam railroad at and electric or horse railways grade; and no steam railroad shall hereafter be constructed not to cross at grade. |
