The Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics.

Professor ABEL, who has hitherto edited the Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, has asked Professor A. R. CUSHNY, F.R.S., of University College, London, to undertake the duties of joint editor, and has furthermore invited a number of distinguished representatives of British pharmacology to serve as associate editors. By this arrangement, the pharmacologists of Great Britain will have an equal representation in this Journal and an equal interest in its future progress. The Journal is issued bi-monthly. Each volume consists of six numbers and contains over five hundred pages. Three volumes have already been published, and the new arrangement came into effect with Vol. IV which commenced in September 1912. The subscription price of the Journal is 215. net per annum post free.

The Biochemical Journal is the official organ of the Biochemical Society, and will be issued from 6 to 8 times a year. The Biochemical Society has been instituted for the purpose of facilitating intercourse between those biologists and chemists who are interested in the investigation of problems common to both, such as the chemical problems connected with Agriculture, Brewing, Animal and Vegetable Physiology and Pathology, &c. The Subscription to the Biochemical Society is £1. 55. od. which includes a copy of the Journal. All applications from intending members should be sent to the Hon.
