Silicosis

Death benefits. Medical care 180 days. Partial disability compensated if
33% percent or more.
Death benefits. Medical care, maximum $500. Partial disability not com-
pensated. Maximum in all cases $4,375, plus $125 burial expenses.

Death benefits. 6 months limited medical care; partial disability com-
pensated.
Medical care limited to 60 days; partial disability compensated.

Covered (no details).

Death and disability benefits. Partial disability compensated. Medical
treatment at expense of employer. $500, in 6 months may be extended to
$800.
Amendment provides for pgogressive increase in total benefits for permanent
disability or death until total amount equals benefits paid for permanent
disability or death due to accidental injury (average life expectancy limita-
tion). Hospital and medical care and funeral expenses (waivers provided
for).

Any disease "incurred in the course of and resulting from employment" is compensable as an injury.

eighteen years of age: Provided, That the lump sum credited to the account of all of said
children shall in no case exceed $6,350, excepting the unpaid balance of an award to a sur-
viving spouse who has remarried or died shall not be considered as a part of said aggregate
lump sum: And provided further, That the amount credited to the account of each child
shall be held by the State treasurer and disbursed for the use and benefit of such child
only under proper order by any district court within the State of Wyoming."

injury, otherwise no compensation paid for first 3 days of injury.

29 For married workmen $25.96. Additional amount for dependents with total weekly
maximum $40.38. Payable on monthly basis from $87.50 for single workman; $112.50 for
man and wife; up to $175 for man, wife, and 6 or more dependents other than wife.
30 $165 for medical treatment; $165 for hospital care.

31 Plus $4.62 per week for youngest or only child; $3.46 for the next or second youngest
child; $2.31 for each additional child (maximum $32.31 per week).

32 Certain additional amounts allowed according to number of dependents; married
workmen $23.08 (additional for children, maximum $38.08 per week). (Additional allow-
ance for constant attendant, up to $10.40 per week.)

33 Benefits are fixed sums $50-$5,000. Payment for 2 or more injuries may exceed
maximum. These payments, in addition to those for temporary total disability, also
can go over the $5,000 by a combination of specified disability plus any part up to 34 of
the $5,000 allowed on a permanent partial disability for unspecified disability.

34 Additional amounts for married workman (increased by $15 per month), or married
workman with wife and children, maximum $32.31 per week. No pay for day of injury
or 3 days following same.

35 Beginning July 1, 1949, wages upon which death benefits are based shall not exceed
$37.50 per week nor be less than $21.25 per week.

36 This schedule applies to loss of leg, arm, etc., i. e. specific losses, not amounting to
total disability.

37 Compensation for temporary total disability may be allowed, maximum 15 weeks,
but not to exceed 10 percent of schedule.

38 Payments for certain scheduled injuries in addition to payment for temporary total.
"Loss of use" in certain cases in lieu of all other compensation. Special provision for
disfigurement.

39 Percentage applies to the difference between wages received at time of injury and
wages that injured employee is able to earn thereafter.

40 Maximum not to exceed the maximum compensation allowed in cases of total disa-
bility, and not exceeding the total compensation provided for the total loss of the member
causing such partial disability.
