was U. S. homestead whereas it belonged to
the state

Sec. 22. To refund to the Wisconsin Steel Co.,
Harvester Bldg., Chicago, money payment on
SW14 SW4 4-56-22, purchased from state on
May 15, 1911, which was previously deeded by
the regents of the state university to one Beard,
and the state auditor is hereby directed to can-
cel certificate of sale of said land to Wis. Steel
Co.
Sec. 23. To refund to Jos. I. Zajicek, Hopkins,

money for payment on lot 1, 1-142-42, November, 1912, which land had previously been allotted by the United States to an Indian................................... Sec. 24. To refund to Mrs. Bailey, Mahnomen, money for payment on SE4 SW4 and NW1⁄4 SE4 27-143-40, October 1913, which land had previously been allotted by the United States to an Indian.......

Sec. 31. For amount to be used by board of ar-
mory supervisors in obtaining by purchase for
the state of Minnesota the undivided one-half
interest now owned by the masonic lodge at
Red Wing, Minnesota, in the said armory in
said city, which purchase is hereby authorized

as secretary as member of the minimum wage
