These expenses are such as water-rent, pew-rent, sand, wheeler's work, sweeping chimneys, blacking, spirits of wine, and in short all articles not included in the foregoing heads. The disbursements included in the charge for travelling expenses are those of the clerks of the stables, for women employed to clean the stable-servants' rooms, make the beds, &c. and the allowances to servants in lieu of hairpowder, wigs, and silk stockings.
