PRELIMINARY instructions concerning the observancé of the Lord's Day, taken out of the Scriptures, p. 266. God's appointment of one day in seven to be kept holy in memory of the creation,-with the Christian

grounds for observing the first day of the week as the Sabbath, instead of the seventh, viz.
