We, John Townsend, president, and Henry Bartow, cashier, of the Commercial Bank of Albany, do swear, that the foregoing statement contains a full and true account of the funds and property of the bank; that the amount of the capital of said bank is 400,000 dollars, of which 225,000 dollars is paid in, and that the amount of specie above reported, viz: 39,865 dollars, is bona fide the property of the bank, and has not been borrowed, or in any wise obtained with a view to make this report.
