As Act to provide for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State government until the expiration of the first fiscal quarter after the adjournment of the next regular session of the General Assembly:

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly: That the following named sums, of so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the purposes Lereinafter named, be, and are hereby appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State government until the expiration of the first fiscal quarter after the adjournment of the next regular session of the General Assembly:
