I..Discontinuance of Reserve Officers' Training Corps unit in St. Louis University.-The authority for the establishment of a junior unit of the Officers' Reserve Corps in St. Louis University, St. Louis, Mo., granted in paragraph 2, section IV, Bulletin No. 43, War Department, 1919, is withdrawn.

II..Commutation of rations at the Army and Navy General Hospital.-Bulletin No. 31, War Department, 1916, relating to commution of rations and subsistence charges at the Army and Navy General Hospital, Hot Springs, Ark., is rescinded, the Executive order contained therein being superseded by the Executive order of July 17, 1920, the provisions of which have been incorporated in paragraph 1443, Army Regulations, as changed by C. A. R. No. 108, W. D., 1920. [246.84, A G. O.]

III..Travel allowances for members of civilian and training camp rifle teams.—Paragraph 5, Bulletin No. 6, War Department, 1920, is amended to read as follows:

5. Such designated team and no other civilian team shall be furnished transportation in kind, including railway and pullman tickets, and commutation of subsistence at the rate of three dollars ($3.00) per day for each day of travel, or in lieu thereof payment of travel expenses at the rate of five cents per mile as directed in Bulletin No. 28, War Department, 1920 (act of Congress-Army Appropriations).

IV..Discontinuance of certain units of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps.--The authority for the establishment of units of the senior division, Reserve Officers' Training Corps, in each of the following-named institutions granted in the bulletin referred to after the respective names, is withdrawn, the institutions being ineligible 10430°--20

III_Use of Government airdromes or landing fields by privately owned aircraft.-1. No privately owned aircraft shall be permitted to use Government airdromes or landing fields as a base, but privately owned aircraft not operated for profit may use such landing fields in the discretion of the commanding officer thereof, provided such aircraft are housed in privately owned hangars not on Government land and require no assistance from the personnel of the stations in their maintenance, repair, or operation.

lations

in force at that station.
