3 mf To him that o'ercometh God giveth a crown;
Through faith we shall conquer, though often cast down;
He who is our Saviour our strength will renew ;
Look ever to Jesus, He will carry you through.

Ask the Saviour, &c.

Amen.

476

"Rejoice in the Lora alway, and again I say rejoice."

1 mf REJOICE and be glad! the Redeemer has come !
Go look on His cradle, (pp) His cross, and His tomb!
cres Sound His praises, tell the story of Him who was slain;
f Sound His praises, tell with gladness, He liveth again.
2 f Rejoice and be glad! it is sunshine at last;

The clouds have departed, the shadows are past.
3 f Rejoice and be glad! for the blood has been shed;
Redemption is finished, the price hath been paid.
4 f Rejoice and be glad! now the pardon is free;
The Just for the unjust has died on the tree.

5 f Rejoice and be glad! for the Lamb that was slain
O'er death is triumphant, and liveth again.

6 f Rejoice and be glad! for our King is on high,
He pleadeth for us on His throne in the sky.

7 f Rejoice and be glad! for He cometh again :
He cometh in glory, the Lamb that was slain! Amen.

At whose feet the shepherds fall?

f 'Tis the Lord! O wondrous story! 'Tis the Lord, the King of Glory! p At His feet we humbly fall;

Comes to heal and help and save? 8 mf Who is He that on yon throne Reigns as King of kings alone?

Amen.

I mf WHEN mothers of Salem

Their children brought to Jesus, The stern disciples drove them back And bade them depart;

But Jesus saw them ere they fled, And sweetly smiled and kindly said, cres "Suffer little children to come unto Me.

2 mf "For I will receive them

And fold them in My bosom ;
I'll be a Shepherd to these lambs,
Oh, drive them not away!
For if their hearts to Me they give,
They shall with Me in glory live:
Suffer little children to come unto Me."
