H.R. 9492 and H.R. 15001, to amend the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act to provide adequate notice and opportunity for the Secretary of Interior and state fish and wildlife agencies to conduct studies on the effects on fish and wildlife resources of projects licensed by Federal agencies. H.R. 14414 and H.R. 14975, to amend the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act to make it applicable to the AEC, FPC, and to their permittees and licensees. H.R. 14455, to repeal section 9 of the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, exempting the provisions of the Act from application to the TVA. H.R. 9530, to implement the Convention on the Territorial Sea and the Contiguous Zone. H.R. 9531 and related H.R. 15011, to extend U.S. fishing zone. H.R. 15278, to extend the area within which foreign vessels are prohibited from fishing; and to make domestic conservation laws applicable to foreign vessels fishing above the Continental Shelf, to the same extent that such laws are applicable to U.S. vessels. |
