"That a proper Catalogue of the Books belonging to the Library be kept by the Librarians, in whom the custody and responsibility shall be vested; and who shall be required to report to the House, through Mr Speaker, at the opening of each Session, the actual state of the Library. "That no person whatever shall be entitled to admission to the Library during a Session of Parliament, except the Governor of the Province, the Members of the Executive and Legislative Councils and Legislative Assembly, and the Officers of the two Houses for the time being, and such other persons as may receive a written order of admission from the Speaker of either House. "That during a Session of Parliament, no Books belonging to the Library be permitted to be taken out of the building, except upon receipts given by a Member of either House. "That during the recess of Parliament the Library and Reading Room shall be open every day in each week, Sundays and Holidays excepted, from the hour of ten in the morning untill three in the afternoon; and that access to the Library be permitted to persons introduced by a Member of the House, or admitted at the discretion of the Clerk or one of the Librarians, subject to such regulations as may be deemed necessary for the security and preservation of the collection; but that no one shall be allowed to take any Book out of the Library, except Members of the House. "That the Clerk of this House be authorized to import annually the continuation of Periodical Works in the Library." Regles concernant la Bibliotheque. "Qu'un Catalogue des Livres de la Bibliohèque sera tenu par les Bibliothécaires qui en auront la garde et la responsabilité; et ils seront tenus de faire rapport à la Chambre, par l'entremise de l'Orateur, à l'ouverture de chaque Session, de l'état dans lequel se trouve la Bibliothèque. "Qu'aucune personne ne pourra avoir accès à la Bibliothèque, pendant les Sessions du Parlement, excepté le Gouverneur de la Province, les Membres des Conseils Exécutif et Législatif, de l'Assemblée Législative, et les Officiers des deux Chambres pour le temps d'alors, et toute autre personne qui obtiendra un billet d'admission de l'Orateur de l'une ou l'autre Chambre. "Que pendant la Session du Parlement aucun Livre de la Bibliothèque ne pourra être emporté hors de l'édifice, excepté lorsqu'un Membre de l'une ou l'autre Chambre en donnera un reçu. 61 · Que pendant la vacance du Parlement, la Bibliothèque et la Chambre de lecture seront ouvertes chaque jour de chaque semaine, excepté les Dimanches et jours de Fête, depuis dix heures du matin jusqu'à trois heures de l'après-midi; et que la Bibliothèque sera ouverte aux personnes introduites par un Membre de la Chambre, ou admises à la discrétion du Greffier ou de l'un des Bibliothécaires, sujettes aux règles qui seront jugées nécessaires pour la sûreté et la conservation de la collection; mais il ne sera permis à aucune personne d'emporter aucun Livre hors de la Bibliothèque, excepté les Membres de la Chambre.
