Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That the Auditor of Auditor to isPublic Accounts is hereby directed to issue a warrant sue his waron the Treasurer, on the order of the county commissioners' court of Johnson county, for the sum of two hundred and twenty dollars; the money, when received, shall be placed in the treasury of the county, and shall be under the control of the county commissioners' court, to be applied to such internal improvements, as they may deem proper. orized to re SEC. 2.
