Troy and Youngstown were incomplete to date of February 15th. Bowling Green, Jackson and Kenton reported no cases of notifiable diseases during January. Local Field Activities. The following public health nurses were appointed during the month: Miss Nora J. Viets, Chicago, in charge of public health nursing work of the Bureau of Community Service, Portsmouth; Miss Eva Johnson, public health nurse, Marietta; Miss Annie J. Cunningham, public health nurse, Bellefontaine. Total loss of vision of one eye with partial loss of vision of other eye.. Admissions and Discharges 1 Of the 232 notifications received (see table below) 150 were referred for investigation and report to local health nurses; 4 were reported to other State Departments; I referred to local health officer; 23 were investigated by Division nurses; 28 were found whose histories were not obtainable, and 26 were pending investigation. Of the 34 cases pending investigation January 1, II were investigated by Division nurses, by local nurse.
