The Act of April 21, 1856, reduces the salary of the Judges of the Supreme Court to six thousand dollars each.

§ Appointed to vacancy occasioned by the resignation of Solomon Heydenfeldt, Jan. 13, 1857. The Act of April, 1856 reduces the salaries of the District Judges as follows: First, Second and Thirteenth Districts, three thousand dollars each: Third and Fifteenth, three thousand five hundred dollars; Seventh, Eighth and Ninth, four thousand dollars; Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth and Fourteenth, five thousand dollars each; to take effect at the end of the present terms.
