APPROVED JUNE 19, 1925.) AN ACT providing for the purchase of land and the construction of a building for the Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary and making appropriations therefor. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly: SECTION 1. The Department of Public Welfare is authorized and directed to purchase land and construct thereon a suitable building for the use of the Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary at Chicago. The title to the land shall be taken in the name of the State of Illinois and the deed or deeds shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State. § 2. The sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Public Welfare for the purpose of acquiring the land and the sum of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Public Welfare for the purpose of constructing the building. § 3.
