rents and profits thereof, and of every part there- ANNUITY. of, to and for his and their own use and benefit, until he and they shall be thereby and therewith, or otherwise fully fatisfied, and paid the faid annuity, yearly rent-charge, or fum of, and all arrears thereof, and also so much of the said annuity or yearly rent-charge, as fhall incur and grow due during fuch time as he the faid T. R. his executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, fhall continue in poffeffion of the fame premises, after fuch entry as aforefaid, and alfo all fuch lofs, costs, charges, damages, and expences, as fhall be occafioned by non-payment thereof, at the days and times hereinbefore for that purpofe appointed, and fubject to the faid 'feveral annuities, yearly rent-charges or fums, and the remedies for recovering the fame, as to, for, and concerning the specific part or share of the faid manors, meffuages, lands, tenements, and hereditaments, which fhall be fo affigned to the faid dame M. G. for her dower as aforefaid, to to the use of her the said dame P. M. and her affigns for her life, fubject to the covenants and agreements touching and concerning the fame, which are contained in the said recited indenture, of the day of — last. And the said P. G. his wife, teftified by their being parties to and executing these presents, covenant and agree with the faid P. I. his executors, administrators, and affigns, that if any order of the faid court of chancery, fhall hereafter be obtained for the payment, by him the faid T. I. to the faid P. G, or to the faid M. G. his wife, or either of them, of any monies for or on account of the dower of the faid dame M. G. or on any other account whatsoever, then and in fuch cafe, he the faid T. I. fhall and
