C. his heirs and affigns, and every of them, in manner following, that is to fay, that he the faid F. Q. his executors, administrators, or affigns, or fome or one of them, fhall and will, from time to time, during the continuance of the faid years, well and truly pay, or caufe to be paid unto the faid D.
