and the faid F. Q. doth hereby for himself, his heirs, executors, administrators, and affigns, and every of them, covenant, promife, grant, and agree, to and with the faid D. C. his heirs and affigns, and every of them, in manner following, that is to fay, that he the faid F. Q. his executors, administrators, or affigns, or fome or one of them, fhall and will, from time to time, during the continuance of the faid years, well and truly pay, or caufe to be paid unto the faid D. C. his heirs or affigns, the faid yearly rent, or sum of -, on the faid feafts, or days of payments, whereon the fame is hereinbefore referved and made payable, according to the true intent and meaning of these prefents, and that he the faid And to repair, F. Q. his executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, or fome or one of them, fhall and will, from time to time, and at all times hereafter, during the continuance of the faid term of years, at his and their own proper costs and charges, when, where, and as often as need fhall be or require, well and fufficiently repair, fupport, uphold, fuftain, maintain, amend, and keep the faid meffuage or tenement, coach-house, ftables, fummerhoufes, green-houses, gardens, and all other premifes hereby demifed, with their and every of their appurtenances, in, by, and with all and all manner of needful and neceffary reparations and amendments, whatsoever, and also glaze, gravel, pave, purge, empty, cleanse, amend, and keep, all the glafs-windows, gravel-walks, pavements, pofts, holes, rails, privies, finks, gutters, and drains, to the faid hereby demifed premises, belonging or appertaining, when and as often as occafion fhall and yield up be or require. C. his heirs or affigns, together with all the faid fixtures and other things which are mentioned in the faid schedule or inventory here under-written, (reasonable use and wearing thereof in the mean time only excepted.) C. his heirs or affigns, or any other person or perfons lawfully claiming or to claim, by, from, or under him, them, or any of them, or by, from, or under his or any of their acts, means, occafion, or procurement.
