S. refpectively: AND it is hereby agreed, by and between the parties to these prefents, and the faid E. S. doth hereby grant, that it fhall and may be lawful to and for the faid E. T. his heirs and affigns, in the proper feafons for the laft twelve months of the term hereby agreed, either in the feventh or fourteenth year of the faid term of fourteen years, as the cafe fhall require, to make breaches for wheat, in or upon any of fuch acres of the arable ground, part of the said hereby demised premises, as fhall be then fallow and out

of tillage, and as fhall not have been fown with clover or caver-grafs feeds in the preceding year, and break up, and prepare the arithes which shall be in a course of tillage, and fow fuch arifh ground when broken up, and the ground to be fo broken up for wheat, with feeds, and hold the part or parts of the faid hereby demifed premifes which fhall be fo fown, from the respective times at which the fame fhall be fown, during the then refidue of the faid term. Leafe of a Meffuage, Farm, &c. with Special Covenants relative to Hufbandry.

THIS INDENTURE, made &c. between E. T. of &c. of the one part, and E. E. of &c. in the faid County, yeoman, of the other part, WITNESSETH, that the faid E. R. the fon, in confideration of the yearly rent hereby referved, payable quarterly during the term hereby granted, and of the covepants hereinafter entered into by the faid E. E. and the conditions in thefe prefents inferted and contained, Hath demifed, leafed, granted, and to Demife. farm letten, and by thefe prefents doth demife, lease, grant, and to farm let unto the faid E. R. the fon, his heirs and affigns, all timber and other trees, and faplings likely to become trees, of what nature or kind foever, now standing, growing, or being, or which hereafter fhall or may grow, or be in or upon the said hereby demised premises, or any part thereof, during the term hereby granted, except pollards and fuch trees as have been usually topped, lopped, pared, and pruned, with liberty of ingrefs, egrefs, and regrefs, to and for the faid E. T. his heirs and affigns, and his and their fervants, labourers, and workmen, to view and fee the defects, repairs, and management of the faid hereby demised premises, and to fell, cut down, work, and root up the faid trees and faplings, and to carry away the fame with any manner of carriages or other conveyances, And liberty of doing thereby no wilful wafte; AND alfo exceptplanting trees. ing unto the faid E.
