NON-GAME BIRDS.-Most song and insectivorous birds, including robins, swallows and
flickers, are protected throughout the year. In several counties, however, open seasons for
robins have been provided, as follows: Queen Anne's, St. Mary's, October 1 to March 1;
Harford, November 1 to December 1; Kent, November 1 to December 24, and Prince
George's, November 1 to April 1. Flickers in Baltimore county during September, legal.
SHIPMENT of certain game prohibited at all times from the following counties: Anne
Arundel, Baltimore, Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett (State), Somerset,
Wicomico, Worcester and Washington. Shipment of game for sale from Allegany, Calvert,
Kent, Montgomery and Queen Anne's.

NON-RESIDENT LICENSE.-Issued by clerk of Circuit Court of county. Fees (including clerk fees) as follows: Allegany, $10.50; Baltimore, resident of Baltimore county, $1.20; resident of State, but non-resident of county, $5.20; non-resident of State, $20.20; Calvert, $10.50; Caroline, $5.00; Carroll, $10.50; Cecil, $10.00; Charles (rabbit, quail and woodcock), $20.50; Dorchester; Frederick, $15.50; Garrett, $25.50; Harford, $10.50; Howard, $8.00; Kent, $15.50 (if invited by landowner, $5.50); Montgomery, $15.50; Patuxent River, $11.00 (club license, $50.00); Prince George's, $20.50; Queen Anne's, $5.00; St. Mary's, $20.50; Somerset, $2.75; non-resident of State, $10.50; Talbot, $10.00; Washington, $10.50 (not required if written permission be secured from landowner or lessee); Wicomico, $10.50; Worcester (wild fowl), $10.00. Guests of landowners require no licenses, except in Allegany, Baltimore, Caroline, Charles, Dorchester, Garrett, Kent, Talbot and Worcester counties. Anne Arundel prohibits hunting by nonresidents of the county except by permission of landowners. Sink box, Queen Anne's, $10.50. RESIDENT LICENSE.-Fees (including clerk fees), as follows: Anne Arundel, pusher, $2.00; booby and brush blind, $5.00; Cecil, Elk and Bohemia rivers, sneak-boat, $5.50; sink box, $10.50; Queen Anne's, booby blind, $2.50; Susquehanna Flats, sneak-boat, $5.75; sink box, $20.75; Harford, sneak-boat, $5.75; sink box, $20.75; Patuxent River, pusher license, $2.50; South River, booby blind, $2.50.

STATE BAG LIMIT.-(One day) Partridges, 15; ruffed grouse, 6; English pheasants, 4; doves, 25; woodcock, 12; rabbits, 12; squirrels, 12; jacksnipe, 12; wild turkeys, 2. One deer in a season. Special bag limits for Calvert, Cecil, Patuxent River, and Baltimore county.
