Side 1867 - If any part of any underpayment of tax required to be shown on a return is due to fraud, there shall be added to the tax an amount equal to 50 percent of the underpayment, but no delinquency penalty shall be assessed with respect to the same underpayment (section 6653, IRC).

The tax Is based on all new and renewal gross premiums allocable to Maryland. Deductions are allowed for returned premiums, dividends paid to pollcyholders and refunds made to pollcyholders.
Side 71 - Sec. 506 (a) requires the Board of Governors of the DC School of Law to "operate the School of Law in a manner that shall maintain any accreditation necessary to qualify the graduates of the School of Law to take the bar examinations of the District of Columbia and of several states."
