The following laws, passed by the One Hundred and Thirtysixth Legislature, are published in accordance with "An act for the publication of the laws," passed June 13th, 1895, and “A supplement to the act entitled 'An act relative to statutes,' approved March twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and seventyfour, which supplement was approved February 4th, 1896.

The proclamations of the Governor follow. An index of all the laws, compiled in accordance with the act of 1895, completes

the work.
