Communicable diseases have been notified at Habana as follows: During the period January 11 to 20, 1919, 148 cases of influenza with 15 fatalities were notified at Habana, and 8 cases at Regla. NORWAY. Influenza-Christiania. During the month of November, 1918, 225 fatal cases of influenza were notified at Christiania, Norway, and during the month of December, 1918, 82 fatal cases.
