which shall be entombed only the ashes of cremated dead,

to make provision for the care of the burial places and ashes of

the dead; also, to provide for the cremation of the unclaimed

41 An Act to provide for the alteration of the boundaries of incor-

porated towns and cities by the annexation of uninhabited

territory thereto, and for the incorporation of such annexed

territory in and as a part of such municipality, and for the

districting, government and municipal control of annexed

territory. Became a law under constitutional provision

42 An Act to amend Sections 2, 3, 4, and 5 of an Act entitled "An

Act to provide a system of street improvement bonds to

represent certain assessments for the cost of street work and
