That the declaration Of independence; the constitution of the United States, and amendments thereto; the enabling aft, provid ing for the admission of Colorado into the Union as a state; and the constitution Of the state Of Colorado, including the ordinances of the convention which framed the constitution; together with the presi dent's proclamation of August I, 1876, proclaiming the admission of Colorado as a state into the Union, be, and the same shall be included and printed in the above order, with the laws provided for in section one of this aft.
