At our next meeting a paper will be read by Mr. W. S. Bartholomew of Pittsburgh, Pa., on the subject of the Mechanical Stoker for Locomotives. This will be brought up at our November meeting, and we trust that everybody will attend and take part, as the subject is one of great interest to all railroad men.

If there is nothing more before the Club, a motion to adjourn will be in order.

(On motion, duly seconded, adjourned.)

Following the adjournment, the large audience was treated to a "movie show," the principal feature of which consisted in a depiction. of the means and methods of producing a great daily newspaper, by courtesy of the Globe-Democrat, all of the details connected with this tremendous undertaking were graphically shown upon the screen, and the members and guests of the Club dispersed at a late hour, having spent a most enjoyable and profitable evening.
