The said Enactment of the said Act of the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Years of Her Majesty shall be read and construed as if 5 Section Thirty-two of the Act of the Third Year of King George the Fourth, Chapter One hundred and twenty-six had been mentioned instead of Section Thirty-six of such Act.

VII. In citing this Act in other Acts of Parliament and in legal Instruments it shall be sufficient to use the Expression "The Annual 10 Turnpike Acts Continuance Act, 1853."

VIII. This Act shall not apply to Ireland.
