REPORT. IN SCHOOL COMMITTEE, BOSTON, Feb. 26, 1889. The Committee on Salaries, in accordance with the Rules, present their annual report. The committee recommend that the salary of the "Teacher of Drawing, Penmanship, and Elementary Method, Normal School," be increased to $1,080 per annum. With the exception of the above the committee recommend that the salaries of the instructors in the public schools be continued at the rates now paid.
