1. At his residence in the Royal Arsenal, Woolwich, Major-General Percy Drummond, C.B. This officer entered the service as Second Lieut. on the 1st January, 1794, and consequently had been forty-nine years an officer of the corps. He was promoted to be First Lieutenant, August 14, 1794; and in 1795 he performed, in addition to his
