Settlement after Marriage on a Lady's coming of Age, in pursuance of an Agreement before Marriage (a).

THIS INDENTURE, made the — day of between R. H. of, &c. and S. his wife, late S. F. spinster, youngest daughter, &c. of the first part; C. G. of, &c. and T. W. of, &c. of the fecond Statement of part; T. C. of, &c. and the rev. A. H. of, &c. of the third part: WHEREAS the faid fir 7. F. the father, being feifed in fee fimple of the manor of --, otherwife --, &c.
