As in ordinary agricultural schools, the teacher of each receives a special agricultural salary of £5 per annum. The objection urged in former reports to the payment of a fixed sum in every case applies to these schools. I would propose a liberal scale of payment for agricultural instruction and a premium for garden management, depending on the merits in each case. [TABLE |
