I. and L. L. their executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, from MORTGAGE. the making of these presents, for and during, and unto the full end and term of -years, from thence next enfuing and fully to be complete and ended, without impeachment of, or for any manner of wafte. PROVIDED always nevertheless, and Provifo of redemption. these presents are upon this exprefs condition, that if the perfon or perfons who fhall for the time being, be intitled to the freehold and inheritance of the faid hereditaments hereby demifed, expectant upon the determination of the faid term of -- years, do and fhall well and truly pay, or cause to be paid unto the faid C. J. and L.
