Davis Mili- tary Reservation, and correcting description of lands in E.O. 6897, Nov. 7, 1934. Restoring to the Territory of Hawaii the land comprising the Upolu Point Military Reserva- tion for aeronautical purposes and reserving land for military purposes. Assigning the military reservation at Camp Sherman in Ohio to the Veterans' Bureau. Establishing a portion of the Fort Wingate Military Reservation in New Mexico as a national forest. Withdrawing land comprising Fort Meade Wood and Timber Mili- tary Reservation, South Dakota, and authorizing said land to be known as Meade District of Black Hills National Forest. Establishing a portion of the Fort D. A. Russell Target and Man- euver Reservation in Wyoming as a national forest.
