(14) The parties of this agreement each agree with the other to take any corporate or other action that may be necessary at any time to carry out and give full force and effect to the provisions of this agreement.

The circulation manager made a detailed study and report in regard to the establishment
of separate circulation departments. The study was based upon the year ended Dec.
31, 1964, and it does not appear necessary to conduct similar studies for 1963 and 1962;
expenses other than salaries and wages remained consistent from 1960 through 1964,
therefore, the expenses (other than salaries and wages) estimated by the circulation
manager for separate departments for 1964 are used in total for 1963 and 1962..
