William H. Bicksler prepared for ministry at Houghton College in 1955, Asbury Theological Seminary, 1958, Wheaton Graduate School 1964, Brandeis University,1973 Ph.D. He served in Taiwan from 1958-2003, at Holy Light Theological Seminary and China Evangelical Seminary. He with co-workers planted churches and trained pastors. Now he is writing based on years of research and teaching.
