Fourth-class matter. The rate of postage on fourthclass matter is one cent an ounce or fraction thereof sent to a single addressee. There is no "Drop" rate on third or fourth-class matter; the postage on which is uniform whether addressed for local delivery or for transmission in the mails.

Special Delivery. Any article of mailable matter bearing a ten-cent Special Delivery stamp in addition to the lawful postage is entitled to immediate delivery on its arrival at the office of the addressee between the hours of 7 A. M. and 11 P. M. if the office be of the free delivery class, and between the hours of 7 A. M. and 7 P. M and to the arrival of the last mail not later than 9 P. M. if the office be other than a free delivery office. To entitle a Special Delivery letter to immediate delivery, the residence or place of delivery of the addressee must be within the carrier limits of a free delivery office or within one mile of any other office. Special Delivery stamps are not available for payment of postage, nor can ordinary stamps be used to secure special delivery of mail matter.

NOTE. The maximum amount for which a single money order may be issued is $100. When a larger sum is sent, additional Orders must be obtained.

INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER RATES:

There is no limit to the number of International Money Orders that may be issued in one day to the same remitter and in favor of the same payee.
