BOISE CITY, IDAHO.: GENERAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF IDAHO LEGISLATIVE EXPENSES-APPROPRIATION. AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE INCIDENTAL EXPENSES INCURRED DURING THE FIRST SESSION OF THE LEGISLATURE. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho: WHEREAS, an emergency exists requiring that this act shall take effect before the expiration of sixty days from and after the end of the session, in order to meet the expenses of the present session of the legislature as they accrue, this act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval by the Governor. SECTION 1. That the sum of ten thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from the general fund of the State treasury out of any money not otherwise appropriated, for the payment of the incidental expenses of both houses of the Legislature. SEC. 2. All accounts for any expenses contracted by either house shall have attached thereto an affidavit of the claimant that the account is just and true, and that the several charges therein made are reasonable and no more than is customary to be charged private individuals, and that no part of the same has been paid except as |
