If the hufband pays 100l. per ann. to the wife's feparate ufe he shall receive 15 the rents during their joint lives.

That upon E. H's death (all arrears of rent-charge being paid) a term of ninety-nine years shall ceafe.

That premiffes fhall be liable to no more than one year's arrears of an annuity to prevent large arrears and law fuits. 16

Not to demand or diftrain for more than two years arrears of an annuity. i. That if younger children marry without confent, they fhall not be entitled to their portions, &c.

That if younger children marry without confent, yet the parents may direct fuch part thereof to be paid as they fhall think fit. That if younger children die before their portions become payable, to go to

That if the perfon in expectancy fhall pay the childrens' portions, &c. the premiffes not to be fold, but the term to attend the inheritance. That in cafe of fale of the premiffes, payment of the purchase money to trustees fhall be good, and their receipts a good discharge.

If the wife dies in the husband's life-time without iffue, the eftates limited to him for life fhall determine, and go to different ufes. If younger children die without iffue, their fhares to go to the furvivors. If there be no iffue of the intended marriage the trustees to convey the premiffes to the husband in fee.

ib. If the trustees misbehave themselves in a charity given to one parish, the charity, &c. to go to another parish 23 F the trustees of the other parish misbehave, the charity to revert to the former parish. ib.

That if a fchool be removed, the fchool mafter fhall continue, and when one trustee dies the furvivor fhall convey the premiffes to four other perfons upon the former trufts, &c.

That trustees in a will shall deduct their expences, and not be answerable,

25 That whenever one of the three lives in a leafe dies, &c. the leffor may add another. ib. If a perfon for whofe truft a third part of leafed premiffes is vefted, be minded to fell the fame, the leffee may fell it, and the money to be put out upon the fame trufts.

ib. Ina leafe of a brewhouse, that the landlord fhall renew old utenfils. 26 That leafes granted of feveral parcels of the premiffes conveyed, fhall continue in full force.

To furrender a lease before the end of a term if leffee thinks fit, and a covenant that leffor will deliver up the counter-part. A power to furrender in cafe of leffee's renewal, &c.

In a mortgage that the perfon feifed pursuant to limitations in a fettlement may redeem the premiffes,
