It is ordered by the Court, That Section 1 of Rule 5 of this court be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to read as follows: 1. All process of this court shall be in the name of the President of the United States, and shall contain the Christian names, as well as the surnames, of the parties. (Promulgated December 17, 1900.) II. It is ordered by the Court, That the first sentence of Rule 12 of the Rules of Practice in Equity be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to read as follows: Whenever a bill is filed, the clerk shall issue the process of subpoena thereon, as of course, upon the application of the plaintiff, which shall contain the Christian names as well as the surnames of the parties, and shall be returnable into the clerk's office the next rule day or the next rule day but one, at the election of the plaintiff, occurring after twenty days from the time of the issuing thereof.
