Sometimes the mischief becomes very harmful, and then the club-member who has been the cause of it gets into trouble. There is one member, a girl of ten years, who has a very horrid temper, and who is always up in arms against the people who love her most. The story tells how this girl becomes quite respectably good, and learns to keep her temper and love her friends instead of being jealous and spiteful. There are a few grown-ups in the book, and they are very different from most grown-ups, for they are quite interesting.
