D. doth hereby declare, that these presents and all the power and powers, authority and authorities hereby given or intended to be given to the faid F. T. as aforefaid, or any of them, fhall only continue and be in force during the pleafure of the faid D. G. of 500l. to be paid unto me upon my sealing and delivering a general releafe to the executors of the faid A. K. and made and constituted K. B. of - her executor, and fhortly after died: And whereas the faid K. B. hath proved the faid will, and the faid M. G. hath fealed fuch general release to the faid K. B. as by the faid will is directed, and left the fame in the hands of her attornies herein after named, to be delivered to the faid K. B. on payment of the faid 500l. Now know ye, that I the faid M. G. Have made, ordained, conftituted and appointed, and by these prefents Do make, ordain, constitute and appoint K. E. of and R. S. of my true and lawful attornies, jointly and either of them fingly, for me and in my name, and to my use to afk, demand, and receive of and from the faid K. B. the faid legacy of 500l. fo given and bequeathed to me the faid M. G. by the faid A.
