REVERSIONARY COMPANY.

ESTABLISHED IN 1838.

40 ST VINCENT PLACE, GLASGOW.

OFFICES, ST ANDREW SQUARE, EDINBURGH.

By new Directors are to offe

Y an entirely new adaptation of the Bonus System, the Directors are enabled to offer

Assurance. The Plan is fully explained in a Pamphlet issued by the Company, to which reference is made for detailed information respecting it.

SEVEN YEARS' HALF CREDIT ASSURANCE.

Under this system, Assurances can be effected at an outlay, during the first seven years, of little more than one-half of the ordinary Premium, and at a moderate rate thereafter, while the full Sum Assured will be paid at death. Full particulars and illustrations of the Plan will be found in a separate Pamphlet issued by the Company.

EXEMPTIONS AS REGARDS FOREIGN TRAVEL AND RESIDENCE.

Unrestricted liberty is granted from the outset to all Assured under Whole Life Policies, except Seafaring Persons, to pass by sea from one part of the world to another, without payment of Extra Premium.

Unrestricted liberty is granted from the outset to reside in many foreign countries, without payment of Extra Premium.

At the end of five years from the date of a Policy, liberty is granted to reside in any quarter of the world, without payment of Extra Premium, on the Assured shewing, at taking out the Policy, that they have no prospect then of going abroad, and provided they do not proceed thereto at any time within the above period of five years from the date of Policy.

SPECIAL PRIVILEGES GRANTED BY THIS COMPANY.

At the end of five years from their date, the Company's Policies (provided satisfactory evidence of age has been produced) are indisputable on any ground whatever.

When a Policy falls by non-payment of the Premium, from oversight or other cause, no advantage is taken thereof to deprive the holder of the Policy of its full surrender value; and special notice is given that the same will be paid, on application, within three months.

Policies are issued by the Company free of charge for Stamp-Duty, for Entry-Money, or for Medical Fees.

DIVISION OF PROFITS.

The Profits are divided ANNUALLY. Each Policy Holder participates therein THE VERY FIRST YEAR HE ENTERS. Each Policy Holder receives an EQUAL SHARE of the Profits, in proportion to the Sum Assured. The Profits may either be allocated as an addition to the Amount Assured, or the value paid AT ONCE IN CASH.

Copies of the Company's Pamphlets, Forms of Proposal, &c., may be had at the Offices, or from any of the Local Agents.
